This place is great, was really busy we went for brunch on a Saturday morning, best bet would be to book. Service was excellent and for how busy it was our meals arrived quickly and were yummy. Nice atmosphere this is another gem worth visiting in Willunga.

This brilliant little cafe is located in the heart of the township of Willunga. It has an indoor eating area as well as an outdoor area with plenty of space for large groups of patrons. The menu is diverse and so offers a good range of dietary options for all. The decor is quirky, retro style that celebrates the automotive history of the building. We ordered a kids bacon and egg roll, soup of the day and the chicken & bacon focaccia. We also asked for a chocolate milkshake and a caramel slice. Even though the cafe was busy during a holiday lunchtime, the food was delivered to our table promptly after ordering, hot and delicious. Service was friendly and served with a smile. A must visit cafe when touring the district!

Used to come here a bit after the Willunga markets and always loved the food. We came today looking for somewhere to eat that we haven’t been to at all or not recently. They updated the look of the menu which is nice to see. We went with the Fleece Eggs with the Ellis bacon with additional Thyme Mushrooms and we also went with the Fleece Brekky Roll, both of these dishes were lovely and very tasty. We both got a Chai latte and they were very nice. Food came out at a reasonable time and wasn’t waiting too long. The people who served us were very lovely and kind. And I’ve always loved that they used animals are distinction on what table is being served. Will be back eventually!

Just had the most incredible breakfast at The Golden Fleece - the food was SO thoroughly wonderful - the serving sizes were robust and presented so beautifully - all the food was super fresh and expertly cooked - the coffee amazing … you have to check out the cake display - all freshly made and OMG the serving sizes were the biggest we’ve seen - all made by hand on the premises and great to take away as after the massive servings of brunch we genuinely couldn’t eat another bite … if that sounds good then guess what? The service is even better - we are from out of town but warmly treated like locals - the staff went out of their way to make us welcome and chat - they were incredibly engaging and honestly all up one of the best cafe experiences we’ve had - will be back to take on the scones - thanks ladies for a great foodie experience

Incredible meal from start to finish. The food was fresh and full of flavor. the service was fast and super friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect. We'l definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Nice cafe located in Willunga, the outdoor seating is nice and sheltered from the sun. The 'Fleece Stack' is well balanced with the saltiness of the bacon, creaminess of the egg and avacado and the freshness of the sour cream and tomato, the home made potato rostis are a nice touch too. Good serving size and excellent value for $16 at a cafe. Definitely suitable for lunch, but also breakfast as its not too greasy or heavy. The veggie foccacia is also great value at only $12 and generous with fillings, very tasty! We also tried the lemon slice, definitely goes well with the cream provided, but I imagine it would go really well with a coffee or tea. Worthwhile stopping here if you're in Willunga!
